Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which ASKME INFOLINE PRIVATE LIMITED provides refunds and accepts service cancellations.
Service Cancellation
- Customers can cancel a service request before the technician is dispatched without any cancellation charges.
- If the service is cancelled after the technician has been dispatched or has reached the customer location, a visiting/inspection charge may be applicable.
- To cancel a service request, customers must call or WhatsApp on our official number.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where the service cannot be completed due to technical reasons from our side.
- If a customer has made an advance payment and the service is not completed, the eligible refund amount will be processed.
- No refund will be provided once the service has been successfully completed.
Spare Parts
- Spare parts once purchased and installed are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Any warranty on spare parts will be subject to the supplier/manufacturer terms and conditions.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Service has been completed.
- Issue arises due to misuse or external damage.
- Customer is not available at the time of service visit.
- Service is cancelled after work has started.
