Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which ASKME INFOLINE PRIVATE LIMITED provides refunds and accepts service cancellations.

Service Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel a service request before the technician is dispatched without any cancellation charges.
  • If the service is cancelled after the technician has been dispatched or has reached the customer location, a visiting/inspection charge may be applicable.
  • To cancel a service request, customers must call or WhatsApp on our official number.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where the service cannot be completed due to technical reasons from our side.
  • If a customer has made an advance payment and the service is not completed, the eligible refund amount will be processed.
  • No refund will be provided once the service has been successfully completed.

Spare Parts

  • Spare parts once purchased and installed are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Any warranty on spare parts will be subject to the supplier/manufacturer terms and conditions.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Service has been completed.
  • Issue arises due to misuse or external damage.
  • Customer is not available at the time of service visit.
  • Service is cancelled after work has started.
